It’s an intimate act in the gallery space. A person takes a bath, while watching TV and changing channels. But he/she does not look on the screen, TV is inside the bath. The media are around. It is a media that fills the bath. Thus, completely innocuous scenes from the TV are transferred into a privacy of a performer and receive new acute social and political context. The heroes of the bloody movies and news, religious and political figures are actually placed between the performer’s legs. This whole disposition is fundamentally changing the perception of ‘person vs. media’ reality. In the situation of the most mental pressure from the media, performer dips down to the bottom of the bath until his/her face is submerged. Is it a suicide, or murder? In a few moments, performer emerges suffocating, recovers and keeping watching TV until the next depression.
